Austrian Post has sold Postmaster SRL, a fully-owned subsidiary of the Austrian Post Group in Romania, to a private investor. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. The signing took place last week, with the formal closing of the transaction expected towards the end of the year.  

ABOUT POSTMASTER SRL
Postmaster SRL was founded in 2007, and was gradually acquired by Austrian Post in the years 2001-2012. In 2015, Postmaster SRL delivered about 315 million unaddressed direct mail items as well as 29 million addressed direct mail items and letters.
